Add the Sleep Pod to your mattress like a fitted sheet
The Sleep Pod features a foam topper as well as the active cooling cover for optimal temperature regulation.

Place the Hub near your bedside and connect it to WiFi
Water flows from the Pod to each side of the active cooling cover to regulate your sleep temperature. The Pod also houses the connectivity to the Sleep Pod app and extracts your live time OURA ring data.
Step 3
Create your profile in the Sleep Pod app (and one for your partner too)
The Sleep Pod app allows you to adjust your temperature preferences and bedtime/wakeup times for both you and your partner. It also connects your OURA ring to the Pod for automatic temperature regulation.
